We created over 100 videos for Reflect notes channel throughout the year. In addition to attracting new users, the videos provided valuable insights and detailed explanations of new product features and updates to the existing app users.

The channel started with 1000 subscribers and grew to almost 3k subscribers during 2023.
We repurposed the YouTube videos to create content for Reflect’s X/Twitter account, growing that account during 2023 to 10k followers.

After the YouTube videos were so well received with Reflect’s existing community of users, we decided to create more in-depth videos on how to use the app. The Reflect Academy became part of the onboarding for new users, along with offering insights to existing users, as well. This video series helped convert more users who were uncertain about trying the app, giving them a complete overview of what using the app looks like.
